In August 12th 2023 We updated our Return Policy, Any new orders made before this date is still eligible for the 30-days policy.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return. At the same time, you need to bear the logistics costs of the returned goods yourself. Usually we do not recommend you to return the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. and ship it back within 3-day after return request is approved, in some cases we have the right to charge you return shipping fees and by making your purchase you are accepting this terms.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Other Returns & Refunds
(1) After you receive the product, you find that the size you selected when you ordered it is not suitable.
In this case, we do not recommend you to return it, because the international logistics freight is more expensive.
① You can sell this product to a friend, which is more cost-effective.
② If this product is a pet product, you can use it in the future when you raise a pet that fits the size of this product.
③ If you want, you can re-purchase suitable products, and we will give you a certain discount.
(2) After you receive the product, you find that it is not the product you ordered.
① If we send the wrong product, the responsibility is on us. Please take a picture of the box containing the product information and the actual measurement data of the product, and email firstname.lastname@example.org to us in time. Once we have determined the relevant information, it will be re-shipped to you. But you can still keep the previous item without having to return the item.
② Multiple items will be split into multiple packages for delivery. If you only received one item, please be patient, other items will be delivered soon.
(3) The logistics provider has completed the delivery, but you still have not received the goods.
In this case, the responsibility lies with the logistics company. We do not process any refunds. But we recommend:
① Please check your mailbox and ask family members or friends if they have taken the goods.
② Please check if your delivery address is correct. If you fill in the wrong address when you place an order, then you still want to own this product, please re-purchase and fill in the correct delivery address, we will give you a certain discount.
③ If you have a house in another place, or have lived in other places, you fill in the address there when you place an order. Please check if the package was delivered there.
④ Please consult the logistics company that completed the delivery and file a claim with them.
Of course, we can understand your feelings about not receiving the item, if you can provide proof, we can consider refunding you 5% of the selling price.
(4) If the logistics company loses the package during transportation. It's been 75-90 days since it was shipped, and you still haven't received the package. We will refund the full amount, or reship it to you.
(5) The goods are damaged. In the long-distance transportation of the goods, the outer packaging is damaged but the product itself is in good condition, we will not refund. If the buyer can provide valid evidence to prove that it is our responsibility to cause the damage to the goods, the order amount will be refunded to the buyer in full, or re-delivered to you.
