1: How long to send my order?
A. Usually, shipments are in transit for 7 - 12 business days (Monday-Friday). Order Processing time is 1 - 3 business days (Monday-Friday).
2: Do you send internationally?
A: We are currently sending it to the USA.
3: What payment method was received?
A: We accept all credit and debit cards, including American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Elo, Google Pay, JCB, Mastercard, Shop Pay Vimeo, Visa.
4: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: We do not charge any sales tax.
5: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, it comes with a tracking number that allows you to track your order until it is delivered to you.
6: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your order. All together for your item to be returned, it should be in a similar condition as the item you got, not utilized, with labels, and in the first bundling. You also need acceptance or proof of purchase.
7: How can I cancel the existing order?
A: If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before your order has been shipped. If a request has been effectively forwarded, if it's not too much trouble, refer to our return policy.
8: How long is it to process an exchange or refund?
A: We will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved after we receive it and double-check with you. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may also take up to 7 business days to process your debit or credit card and send a refund.
